EB-5 Program

The EB-5 program was created in 1990 by the U.S. Government to stimulate the economy by increasing foreign investment to help generate employment. Through the investment, the investor and immediate family obtain the U.S. residency. Which can lead to U.S. Citizenship if you choose to obtain it.

In recent years there has been a growing trend where individuals are applying for a green card through the EB-5 Program specifically with the goal to secure the future of their children who may be already in school in the United States or are preparing to attend school in the U.S.

The majority of EB-5 applications are for a family (father, mother, and children), there has been an increase in petitions where the parents make their child the primary applicant so that the child can avail all the benefits of a green card in case the rest of the family members are not thinking to obtain a green card.

In this sense, it is better to be proactive rather than reactionary, recognizing that children who attend University in the U.S. may want to stay in the U.S. post-graduation and such students shall have a real plan to achieve this goal. This also eliminates the need for the children to have to look for sponsorship upon graduation.

The current investment amount is at $800,000.00
Includes: Investor, Spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 21.
